Taskusanakirja is free to use. It is not free software in the sense the Free
Software Foundation means by that phrase: the copyright in the program is
retained in full, and the permissions granted below are the only permissions
granted. They are, however, granted to everyone, permanently, at no cost, and
without registration, activation, telemetry or any obligation to the copyright
holder whatsoever.
You may download Taskusanakirja and run it, on as many machines as you like,
for as long as you like, for any purpose at all. That expressly includes use at
work, use in a business, use by a school or a university, use by a government
body, and use in the course of paid translation, teaching or research. No
license key, seat count, headcount threshold or commercial exemption applies.
You may not redistribute Taskusanakirja. That covers publishing the binary for
download, bundling it inside another product, mirroring it, republishing it to
a package repository or an app store, and passing copies to other people

You may not sell Taskusanakirja, charge for access to it, or make it a paid
feature of something else.
You may not modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works of the program.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except to the
extent that applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction.
You may not remove or obscure this license, the privacy policy, or the
attribution notice, all three of which are readable from inside the program.
The terms above govern the program. They do not govern the lexical data the
program is built from, which comes from English Wiktionary and remains under
its own license — Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0.

implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement.
In no event shall the copyright holder be liable for any claim, damages or
other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising
from, out of or in connection with the program or the use or other dealings in
the program.

If you want to do something this license does not permit — redistribute it
inside your organisation, bundle it with course materials, ship it on a
locked-down machine image — ask. The answer is often yes.
